If it gets really extreme maybe a warning? *Bonus Bilingual Note: my slang is a bit rusty, but I am a fluent spanish speaker and am happy to provide some tag translations / threads in spanish.

Hugging this character: He probably needs one. This guy is very sad and lonely on the inside. Kissing this character: If there's buildup, go for it. Mind the fangs!  Flirting with this character: He is very serious and scowly (but maybe that makes it more fun eh?) Fighting with this character: To be expected! He has super powers of the bio-engineered spider dude variety but also likes to think of himself as the good guy. He only gets ferocious if really pushed or given a reason.   Injuring this character: This bad boy can fit so much blunt force trauma let him have it. Let's talk if it's some major dismemberment or something. Killing this character: Rio Morales needs a chance to kill him first. (lets talk for this) Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character:  Sure! He doesn't have magical defenses beyond being Well Traveled enough to have likely bumped into a telepath somewhere.  Shipping: 25+ please. Miguel is a stern character but he can be softened up. Happy to write out romance or more casual relationships but am not a big smut writer. FTB/morning after/discussing previous escapades or whatever is fine. Warnings: This Spiderman is really fucked up with grief about his dead daughter. His backstory is left vague but alludes to some addiction/medical experimentation like his comics counterpart.
